Any warranties on the product sold hereby are those made by the manufacturer. The seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties, either expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability for a particular purpose, and the seller neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of said products. All performance and aftermarket products are sold and intended for OFF ROAD USE ONLY and are solely for racing applications. Six Star Service and Performance Fabrication, LLC or its actors hold no responsibility for mechanical, electrical or any other failure when using any aftermarket performance products and hold no responsibility for any consequences, legal or otherwise related to the use or misuse of performance and off-road only parts. Labor and service is only rendered if an installation issue is identified, otherwise all labor for the removal and replacement of said product is charged based off the previously invoiced rate. Vehicles not picked up 3 days after services are rendered are subject to a $25 per day storage fee. Old parts. purchased parts or supplies not picked up after 7 days are disposed of or otherwise become the property of Six Star Service and Performance Fabrication, LLC. Estimates are subject to change without notice and may deviate by up to 10% or more depending on additional vehicle requirements, parts and service availability, and other unforeseen expenses. A 50% Down Payment of the original estimate is required for work to begin unless specified otherwise. By agreeing to the estimate and providing down payment you are agreeing to these terms and additional expenditure if required. All engine purchases are non-refundable. All deposits and payments towards service and parts are non-refundable.
